Today is a weird day, I lost my motivation for doing stuff and living for some reason. There are 2 possibilities for this. One is i'm not eating enough and two is i'm withdrawing from something.

When I lived in Thailand, I would stop eating and dirnking about 4.30-5pm and notdrink till around 8am the next day and als I would not eat until 10-11am. I felt good doing this, barly even noticed it. 8 hours is pretty much the normal window that everyone eats during anyway tbh. I dont drink about 3-4 hours before bed ever anyway as otherwise I wake up to pee like 1-2 times and I cant get back to sleep.
