Team Malaysia Sabah Steemit Bootcamp

Last Sunday Night, Team Malaysia Sabah held their Steemit Bootcamp at my office Totally Borneo Holidays. It was attended around 20 people. This is a followed up event for the Borneo Blockchain Summit (BBS) 2018, as many people would like to know more about #steemit. I can say most of the attendee are traders in other Crypto Currency platform, and Steemit opens their eyes in Mining of Crypto Currency thru Social Media Mining.

This Steemit Bootcamp is presented by @bboyady assisted by @alvinauh and @danieldoughty. The last public Steemit Bootcamp held in this region was 6 months ago by @wilsonkoh, then it was just cruising along until recently the BBS was held, the need to hold more steemit bootcamp came was because the community was asking for it. I also held one thru the invitation from Sri Pelacongan Sabah (SPS) that I and @danieldoughty took turns to explain to them at their Office Meeting Room.

Come to think about it, we need to go back to basic and ask ourself this? We reaping monetary benefit from this platform and provenly it helps to pay some bills for us. Then we have to ask ourselves "are we doing enough to help new bies to bring them on board in Steemit? With the Vision of #steemxp, of mass adoption to Steemit, it is crucial that Steemit Bootcamp held once in a while for the public.

It was a pretty awesome bootcamp thou space is small, but eventually we able to speak each and every one those new to Steemit, cheers to the seniors who came to help the newbies. As usual, after the event we went to nearby restaurnat for supper and for some like myself it was my Dinner.
