5's Lab Chinese Kitchen
I figure by putting a chinese design plates with chinese characters and chinese elements can signify that i am on the right track to write a review the Beauty of Chinese Cuisine!!! LOL
This is in Sabah, Malaysia. I am back to my hometown, it was one of those night that we had relative from overseas in town, and my in laws invited us for those reunion dinner and say hello kinda dinner.
This place was chosen by them, i had no idea where it was til i had google them up and fight their location in waze app.
Honestly, i did not expect this shop to be in these housing area. It was my first time to these chinese shop. So i am way beyond no knowledge how its gonna be.
This is a none air conditioned shop ya, but their design was quite glamourish for outdoor seating chinese restaurant.
They even have pictures of many superstar came to the shop to eat, now this got my attention. From the plate design, chopstick design, the wall, the pictures, the lighthing and the wooden chairs and table, it really gives the accent of chinese flavor and chinese feel.
Even the Menu is in FULL Mandarin, my reading in Chinese is Grade Banana. I cant even understand a single words of it, unless if its a simple 1,2,3 wording. LOL.
So meaning i came to a VERY VERY VERY CHINESE REstaurant for SURE!!!!!
They have Live Seafood to choose, and lots of varieties.
Theirs crabs are Huge as well. I am not a Crab fan thou. Too bad !!
They even have a section for BBQ Fish, just pick and choose your freshest fish and they will coook live for you.

Brinjal with Mince Pork with Oyster Sauce
Asam Curry Fish Head
House Famous : Signature Home Made Tofu with Dice Pork Meat cooked in Claypot style
Sweet and Sour Pork Cutlets
Steem Chicken with Rice Wine
Lettuce fried with Fermented Tofu and Garlic.
WOW WOW WOW, what a meal !!! I was gigantic satisfied, where is my diet, where is my discipline!!! Oh Well, lets do the diet next year, i mean this year . Lol.
