Novak Djokovic wins the Shanghai Masters for a record fourth time in his career!

14-time Grand Slam Champion Novak Djokovic of Serbia defeated Croatia's Borna Coric 6-3 6-4 in the final of the Shanghai Masters today and in the process won his 4th title in Shanghai, a record, and his 32nd ATP Masters 1000 title overall.

Novak has been absolutely superb this week especially on his serve. For the first time in his career he won a title without even getting broken once during the entire tournament. Only Roger Federer has been able to do so before Novak.

This was Novak's 11th final in China and by winning today, he has won all 11 of them, a truly phenomenal feat! Novak has now won 3 consecutive tournaments, 18 consecutive matches and 26 consecutive sets of tennis. He really looks unstoppable at the moment and it doesn't look like anyone is going to stop him for the remainder of this year's tennis season.

By winning the title today, Novak is now just inches away from the World No. 1 ranking, which he has held in the past for a total of 223 weeks. Novak will very likely get to the #1 within the next 2-3 weeks.
