Vegan Power Breakfast - So Delicious!
How many nutrients can you fit in one breakfast?
This is one of my favorite breakfast. It's easy to make, absolutely delicious, packed with nutrients and keeps you filled all morning.
Recipe:
Step 1: Mix the following ingredients in a pot. Cook at medium heat for 10 minutes stirring continuously.
1 cup of oats
1 banana crushed
1 cup of almond milk (or any other non dairy milk)
1 cup of water
1 Table Spoon of natural peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
Step 2: Garnish with fruit, nuts and seeds. This is what we used:
1 kiwi
Half a banana sliced
Half cup of organic blueberries
Walnuts
Hemp seeds
You can add a touch of agave syrup if you like more sweetness
Use what you have on hand. Keep it simple!!!
