I lived in Beijing China doing rollerblade demos in a theme park called Happy Valley for 4 years. And I documented my time over there, so I put together a video series of the adventures.
Our team consisted of 2 Rollerbladers myself and Khalil from Brisbane Australia, 2 BMX park riders Victor and Vicenzo from Chile and 1 BMX Flatland rider Carlos from Chile.
We all lived together in the dorm building next to the skate park and we did 3 shows a day and 4 shows on the weekend with 1 day off a week to go and explore Beijing.
It was the dream job ! We had our very own skate park at the theme park to do the shows and to train and get our tricks dialed and we would have so much fun every day. After each show the crowd would swarm the skate park to get photos with us. It was such a surreal experience.
