I ask myself!!

I always put pictures of mountains, rivers, greens..
While staying in a concrete jungle which can only see sky,
Only if you step out on terrace.. Rest of nature seems a far fetched idea..

How I always appreciate an act of kindness, innovativeness..
When I go and do the same thing of fighting, negotiating on an everyday basis..

How I always look for an idea/effort that transforms the lives of the poor, needy..
While I add 0's to the bank balance of the richest in the world..

How 90% of my time is spent on doing work for others..
While all I enjoy is a polite smile from a stranger, a hug from a loved one,
A nice word from anyone around or just listening to a beautiful song..
Or simply forgetting everything while working on my images..

How I ask my cousins or kids around me to work hard for their exams..
While all I want them to do is to be relaxed and smiling...

Hence i think at times, Wachowski brothers did the best thing in this world by implanting the idea of an alternative world in our minds.. And perhaps it is true, there exists an alternative world unknown to us for now.. and is only visible when we close our eyes and think about the best moments of our lives..
