They died, ran away, and when they were allowed to leave, the villages where the exiles lived, and completely depopulated. But the authorities did not abandon the idea of producing livestock products in the area, at least milk for schools, kindergartens, hospitals.
And then in Palochka, this small settlement not far from the district center, it was decided to organize the state farm Beloyarsky. The construction of industrial premises, social facilities began: school, kindergarten, shop. We purchased highly productive livestock. Young specialists arrived at the state farm.
A primary Komsomol organization was created, Victor Kuzenkov was elected secretary. Then we met. Viktor Dmitrievich, a learned agronomist, graduated from the Omsk Agricultural Institute. The Cusenkovs came to Siberia later than the dekulakized people, they have another status-displaced.
They came to Wand from Belarus. Victor served in the army, arrived, he was immediately elected a Komsomol secretary. The organization was - five people, but it did not matter, they participated in amateur art activities, arranged Saturday and Sunday meetings for the preparation of firewood.
Many years have passed since that time. In the state farm, things went differently. I often visited the Wand, saw the flourishing of the enterprise, when everything was under construction, harvested fodder, fought for the increase in milk yields, and the decline, when the farm without subsidies from the state faded. Viktor Dmitrievich occupied various positions in the sovkhoz from an agronomist to a director.
Very much appreciate Kuzenkov our gardeners - members of the club, who used to work in the editorial office, and now they are going to gather in the library. About thirty years ago, when food was interrupted and sold mostly by coupons, who wanted to diversify the table, he had to grow meat, vegetables, berries on this table.
Viktor Dmitrievich helped us in this. At the meetings he brought with him seeds of different plants, told about them, and everyone could take what and how much he wanted. Women gardeners are practical people, the majority had questions about how and what to grow better, Viktor Dmitrievich answered all the questions in detail.
One summer we went to Wand to Victor Dmitrievich to the garden, to see how and what is growing with him. Here reigned vegetables. In greenhouses and just on the ground.
Ogorodnytsia admired and again asked a lot about things. Viktor Dmitrievich cares about growing new varieties of vegetable crops, writing out seeds and continues to share seedlings, seeds, and seedlings with the people. Willingly helps with advice.

And behind the house on the sunny side is a vegetable paradise. This spring Victor Dmitrievich will again prepare seedlings for us, we can take grapes, apple-trees. berries, strawberries.
