Yes it's Scam

Be careful of email spoofing.

In Gmail, If you see a question mark next to the sender's name(see the attached image),

the message isn't authenticated. When an email isn't authenticated, that means Gmail doesn't know if the message is coming from the person who appears to be sending it.

It may happen that you get an email from [email protected] but still that's a scam! Domain name may be same :P
