INTODUCTION TO STEEMIT

My name is @vannyfath, I am 24 years old, I live in Malang - East Java - Indonesia. I am a person who loves nature beauty, travel, photography, life, food, blogging and reading various books, blogs and news on the internet. I have registered to steemit since 13 juny 2017

My partner in the cyberpace is @joe28, he is 26 and he has introduced me to so many things that now captivate my interests and are a part of my life. He spends a lot of his time researching and educating himself on his interests and often shares relevant knowledge with me. Once he is familiar with Steemit, joe28 will undoubtedly set up his own account. Not so long he immediately invited me to join, but I need time to learn more what is steemit, and finally I was ready to share this first post.

One day I was reading news about cryptocurrencies, suddenly seen on my smartphone screen a blog talking about steemit established in early 2016. After I read it I have an interest to join this community. In that post I had read the names of Ned Scott - @ned and Daniel Larimer - @dantheman - @dan, I searched who these two people were in various media, finally I found a blog that tells Ned Scott previously worked for Gallert Global Group, a family private company Which holds many companies in North America. Daniel Larimer is the founder of Bitshares, which has the 11th largest market capitalization of all Cryptocurrency.

What is Steemit ?

Steemit is powered by blockchain technology and uses a new cryptocurrency to reward users who upload articles, images, commentary, etc. Other ways users can get paid is through sourcing and up-voting popular content. The earlier a person up-votes a post that becomes popular, the more is the reward. Users are paid half in 'Steem Power' (a vesting currency) and half in Steem Dollars, which can be exchanged for US Dollars.

What is Bitshares

BitShares originated from a thesis titled "A Peer-to-Peer Polymorphic Digital Asset Exchange" by Daniel Larimer, Charles Hoskinson, and Stan Larimer. After completing the thesis and getting funding from a Chinese VC, Daniel Larimer decided to create a new digital currency called BitShares.

BitShares was first launched to the public in 2013. This digital currency uses the Consensus algorithm that allows all users to automatically approve, making it impossible for coin mining. Market capitalization: USD8.4 million (Rp109 billion)

I have always enjoyed writing, and have received a few compliments for things that I have produced. I hope to now share some of these things in the hope that they will help anyone who can relate to my words, as some people have claimed that they have before. I have always had a desire to publish some of my pieces, but I have never found a suitable platform for it. Steemit is the ideal answer for me.

The subjects that have interested me enough to write about are understandably topics that I can relate to for one reason or another, they include (but are by no means restricted to) Nature, Travel, Photography, food, life and blogging. I enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside, food, beach and estuary. Some of places we visited were amazing and I will share some of the photos we took and write about the beautiful places of travel, nature, photography and natural life that we found.
