How To Lose Weight

Lose 3kg in one week without any product. Welcome back my 4 packs, and training for 6 packs :) I only had one pack last week haha! :p

How do I do it? Wanna have a model body? If you can lose 3kg a week, basically you can lose up to 10-12kg a month! Golden rules on how to lose weight as below:

  1. Cut down daytime carbohydrates intake like rice, noodles, pasta, bread and any other foods made from flour. You can take small portion for energy but don't too much. Skip them for dinner because unused energy will only turn into fats at night when you sleep.

  2. Regular cardio workout like jogging and other sports to burn some fats. Recommend 3-5 times a week. Exercise and sweating also removes mental stress and toxins from your body.

  3. Practise a healthy drinking (yumcha) session. You should avoid unhealthy drink like teh ice, milk tea, cola etc. They contain too much sugar. Drink fresh fruit juice and plain water instead.

  4. Consume high-fiber foods like vegetables, fruits and oats. Sometimes I take oat with honey and fresh milk for breakfast.

  5. Consume meat for protein, but you should reduce/avoid the fats part. Yeah I know the fats part is yummy but cut it down. Also avoid oil, butter and cream.

  6. Ban supper

  7. If you want a even better bodyshape like me, go to gym (weightlifting for muscles, repetition and cardio for toning), crossfit, breakdance, swim or other exercise that helps to tone your body and build your muscles.

Doesn't sound very hard isn't it? All you need is some discipline and determination, and you don't have to spend unnecessary money on dietary product, and dietary product doesn't build your muscles. You can be the next model in no time if you strictly follow my method.
