Hi, Steemit! My name is Tatiana.
I am here to help people get healthy and transform not only the inside and outside of their body but their entire life! I want to inspire people to have new healthy habits that they can pass on to loved ones and truly make an impact on their world. Pole Dance is my hobby. Pole Dancing is the newest Fitness phenomenon in the world. It has taken exotic dance to another level by fusing eroticism and gymnastics. As you may have heard, it is the ultimate workout combining heart pumping cardio, flexibility and strength training.
I don't care where you are in your life, you can always make improvements. In June 2012 I had hated anything to do with health and fitness for over 27 years and I finally found something I loved and it changed my entire life! I totally believe that the same can happen for you!
About me? Short version… I am a married, mother of 2 that works full time and has crappy genetics so I am doing my best to prevent diabetes, heart disease, strokes, etc. I am also trying to raise my family so they will not have health problems when they are older too. I found a love for fitness in the summer of 2012 and now I’m in the best shape of my life. It is so cliche but it is true. I am now helping and inspiring others to make the small changes in their lives to live happy, healthy, and long lives with their loved ones. I want to see my great grand-daughter have a baby and know what the heck is going on!
I enjoy food, exercise, and hanging with my family. I want to be a part of the revolution that changes the way we view food in our culture. I'm into real foods and natural living. I want to encourage you to make the best food choices and to become your own personal food artist extraordinaire. God created beautiful food. We just have to prepare it, plate it, and eat it. I've gone through many personal food movements - vegetarian, flexitarian, and even paleo. This is a place where I'll talk about my own adventures in feeding a family of four, what I eat and why, how I fuel my body with food and exercise, and I'll also share resources and information about those who are trying to change the way we k about food, exercise, and life in general. I want to encourage you on your journey to finding the best foods that energize your body to do the daily work God has for you. Let's eat for our health and vitality.
I love creating something useful with my hands whether it is crafting a gift for a friend, or cooking a delicious meal for my family. I knit fairly well, sew a little bit, cook for my family, and garden as much as I can, which right now is limited. I’ve tried my hand at all kinds of projects from soap making to flower arranging to photography. I love reading. I love to ski in the winter and hike in the summer. I love trashy reality TV. I love to travel although my budget doesn’t allow for as much as I’d like.
So what is this blog on Steemit about? I thought I would write about useful things.I am constantly working on making something for myself or others – knitting baby hats and blankets for friends and family, refinishing an old kitchen table to use as a desk, etc. Also, I have been spending a lot of time lately thinking about old fashioned skills. You know, the kinds of skills that everyone’s grandma used to know, but now people don’t take the time for. Things like preserving or fermenting foods at home, cheese making at home, growing a basic vegetable garden, knitting and sewing, basic home improvement skills and woodworking. I can’t say I am an expert in any one of these areas, but I have a few skills in each. I want to use this platform as a way to explore many of these skills, experiment on my own and share those experiences with others. Thanks for being here and please feel free to leave feedback! I am a pole dancer too! And I completely fell in love with it after my first lesson. I've been doing it for 5 years now and In the last year I also became an pole dance instructor.
I am also looking forward to the others things you will write about, the skills etc. I agree that we should learn thos grandma skills again haha
