Piper pan campsite

this is luxury campsite with dry toilet and bucket shower. There are many campsites in Central Kalahari where you have to dig your own toilet.

Campsite loop, we stay two nights just where you see the car standing. Pleasant place with shade from trees and moreover full of birds, lizards and squirrels. In the noon heat you can just sit and watch the life a few meters around you. I have my best photos of small birds exactly from this place.

shower is in the right "snail" bucket is provided, but you have to bring your own water. Nearest water ca 250 km.

this is access from campsite. Some 50-70 m through bushes. Somehow scary at night.
