This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 119 with no prior investments! (Meaning I started on Steem with 0 account value!). I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!

Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.

If you have any suggestions, want to help or work together with me or just want to leave feedback then just write that in the comments.

What I did Today to Reach my Goal

Today I wrote a post about the app "Steemit More Info" which only works for Chrome because the developer went inactive (sadly).

However, the app is still very useful and I recommend that you all get it! You can read the full post HERE or watch the video only version below.

Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018

Today was shoulder and triceps training, I will change my training plan and add stomach and lower back exercises into it.

On Monday I will buy a scale and see my progress, at the start of next month I will probably start a diet challenge with money on the line.

Diary

Woke up at 05:45 without modafinil and without coffee fuck yeah. The delivery guy didn't throw the Modafinil into the mailbox like he usually does (fuck you delivery guy!).

Now I have to drive to the fucking city to pick the package up, well whatever, I wanted to buy a scale anyway.

Otherwise, I am happy it is Friday again because I am super tired of lifting weights. 4 times per week is really the golden ratio.

3 times is not enough and 5 times is too much.

Sort:  

Track what you are eating one week long. Use an app like FDDB or Myfitnesspal. You can just scan the code and the app calculates the rest.
Eat 1g Fat and 2g Protein per kg bodyweight. Fill the rest with carbs.
Track how many kcal you eat on average. If you do not loose weight, lower your kcal intake with less carbs. You can do this as long as you loose the weight each week as you want.

I will start my diet in march. Will be annoying as hell again, but I want to get my dreambody this summer again. Winter war hard and I gained lots of fat

Lets do it together then!
My personal problem is maintaining a solid diet because you are constantly hungry and that shit just makes you constantly angry and frustrated.

It is the same reason you got fater over winter, maintaining a solid diet is way harder than losing weight for a couple of months.
