It has been a while that no development has been made in one of my Steem Apps, Philippines Steem Stats, so today I will be contributing some new features to further the development of the application.

What is PH Steem Stats?

PH Steem Stats, is a web application built using node.js to show the stats of Steemit users from the Philippines. The data is from the SteemSQL Database created by @arcange. I have made it so that you can easily search for other users who are near you and build sub communities. Also is to see the new users so you can easily see who are new and guide them if ever as Steemit is quite confusing at first basing on experience.

What are the new features?

Active Users Page

As you can see here it lists the Active Users from the Philippines, with Username, Location, Account Creation Date, and Last Upvote Time. The active users are based on the last upvote time, you are an active user when you have upvoted within the last 30 days.

Inactive Users Page

Here in the Inactive Users Page just the opposite of Active Users. With data of Username, Location, Account Creation Date, and Last Upvote Time. The active users are based on the last upvote time also, but inactive users are users who did not upvote within the last 30 days. So when your last upvote time is November 11, you are now an inactive user.

Data Table Searching

As you can see here you can search for data in the table by typing on the search field on the right side of the table. This is a simple yet very powerful feature, and in the right hands can have a great impact. What I am saying is you can search for users near your location or where you are from. Go to the Active Page, search for Steemians near you and you can build a Steemian Community in your place. You might think there is no value on the Inactive Page? Well it is not useless, here you can search also Steemians from your Community, trace their whereabouts or their names then try to invite them back to Steemit, and help them get back to it. Assuring them that their is now a community waiting and will be supporting them once they go back. A really powerful community building tool.

Final Thoughts

This feature updates are really small, and can be enhanced some more, but as of now it is a great tool in my opinion. You can fork the repository and create one for your country too.

Summary of Work Done

1. Created Inactive, and Active Templates
2. Created Page Controllers, and Routes
3. Created Queries for Active and Inactive Users
4. Output Data, Integrate Data Table, and Searching on the Active and Inactive Users Pages.
