Overcoming The Fear Of Selling

Fear is one thing that affect many entrepreneur or product owner out there, at one point or the other they will be afraid to sell or push out their product for people to buy. Why are you afraid, some cant face the crowd, some don’t know how to talk to people about their product and most don’t want rejection from people, so they decide to just stay without doing anything. Have you analyse what it will cost you if you don’t make a sale or if you don’t close that deal. Not closing that deal will really have lot of effect on you or your business because you will find it hard to move forward or make profit and you might quit totally on loss. How do over the fear of selling and closing more deals?

Build Relationship with you Audience First Before Selling

It will be very had to make a sale if you are finding it hard to build relationship first with your customers. You need to know who you are selling to. Telling someone you already build relationship with or interact with is more easier than selling to a total stranger because you will be free to express yourself. So first build relationship or interact with them

Know That You Are Helping To Solve Problems

You should always have it in mind that, your product is been created to solve some certain problems people are facing. That alone can give you confidence to sell because people only purchase things the need.

Move With Positive People

Moving with the right minded people can boost you sales, you don’t want to move with people that will be giving you bad vibe, that are pessimistic because that allone can kill your business. Moving with negative people will always make you negative because they will influence you in one way or the other. Also have this long term thinking, you don’t make sales right away when you push your product out, sales will only come in gradually. Look at those successful entrepreneur out there, none of them because successful in just one day. They always have their bad days or weeks but one thing is sure for them, they don’t allow it to draw them back or make them quit, they keep pushing. So what Is stopping you.

Lastly, don’t always expect positive answer from anyone you are advertising to. Not everyone will be ready to purchase what you are selling. Always have that in mind, when they reject what you offer, just accept it like like that and move on, don’t allow that to stop you from talking to other people about the same produce. One day when they need you, they will surely come looking for you.

I got use to telling people double my normal rates who were not really looking to buy from me. so when I would talk to people really interested it was so much easier to say the real lower rate.

It was so interesting... I expected the article to be about cryptocurrencies and the fear of selling, almost like FOMO, but just the other side, when you are so afraid of selling (with profit), because you always believe that the value can go even higher!

One of the fear of Entrepreneur is fear of selling just like you say. If something needs to be considered, I really think that fear of selling can be eradicate of which you have mentioned some. "Telling someone you already build relationship with or interact with is more easier than selling to a total stranger because you will be free to express yourself." Relationship aspect is very important also. As it will be very difficult to get a stranger convince of your products but when relationship are established, it becomes easier
