Daily Workout Challenge 01-- Full Body

@awesomianist has been telling me that he wants to start working out so that he will be fit and sexy on our meeting this July. But it’s already February and there’s no sign of him getting started. So this post is to challenge @awesomianist to a daily workout!

Stationary lunges (10 reps each side) -- hold( 10 s) -- pulse (10 s)
Squats (10 reps) -- hold (10s) -- pulse (10s)
Plank(10 s) -- rocking plank (10s) -- hip twists( 10s) --plank (10s)
High plank mountain climb (10s)
Tricep dips (10 reps) -- pulse (10s)
-- Rinse and repeat twice--

Oh don't forget to warm up and cool down your body before and after working out!😉
