A delicious dinner / Una deliciosa cena [ENG-ESP]

El día de ayer mi familia y yo nos dispusimos la tarea de preparar una cena diferente, y mientras debatíamos sobre que preparar alguien hizo el comentario de hacer unos pastelitos y todos estuvimos de acuerdo pues no era algo que preparáramos todos los días.

Yesterday my family and I set out to prepare a different dinner, and while we were discussing what to prepare someone made the comment of making some pastries and we all agreed that it was not something we prepare every day.

Los pastelitos se hacen con harina de trigo, el relleno puede ser de tu preferencia, puede ser carne, pollo, patatas y queso, jamón y muchas cosas más.
The pastries are made with wheat flour, the filling can be of your preference, it can be meat, chicken, potatoes and cheese, ham and many other things.
En mi caso, los preparamos de patata con queso para el relleno.
In my case, we make them with potatoes and cheese for the filling.
La forma de preparación no es para nada compleja, estira la masa como si fueras a hacer una pizza, y marca 2 círculos, coloca el relleno y cúbrela.
The way of preparation is not at all complex, stretch the dough as if you were going to make a pizza, and mark 2 circles, place the filling and cover it.
Ya cubierto el relleno, se procede a cortar la forma de los pastelitos y a sellar los bordes para que el relleno no se salga mientras se ponen a freír.
Once the filling is covered, we proceed to cut the shape of the pastries and seal the edges so that the filling does not come out while they are being fried.
Con normalidad se hacen fritos, pero debido a que la última vez que los preparamos los hicimos fritos, quisimos variar la propuesta.
Normally they are fried, but because the last time we prepared them we wanted to vary the proposal.
Así que los preparamos al horno. Ya con los pastelitos listos es cosa que se les pongas la salsa de tu preferencia, en nuestro caso fue una salsa de verduras con un poco de mayonesa y mostaza.
So we prepared them in the oven. Once the cakes are ready, you just have to put the sauce of your preference on them, in our case it was a vegetable sauce with a bit of mayonnaise and mustard.
Y por supuesto una cena poco saludable siempre debe ir acompañada de una fría Coca-Cola.
And of course an unhealthy dinner should always be accompanied by a cold Coke.
