Morgan Stanley launches Bitcoin futures contract
Morgan Stanley has announced that it will launch new futures contracts after the end of the first Bitcoin futures contracts that were put on the market by the CBOE last month. The company has also shown that it will not fall behind its rival Goldman Sachs. According to Business Insider, Morgan Stanley will begin preparing Bitcoin futures contracts for customers.
Morgan Stanley's statement from Pruzan
Jonathan Pruzan, financial officer of the bank, explained that the firm completed the Bitcoin futures on CBoE and CME Group
''
If someone wants to make a futures transaction and make a deposit in cash, we will do it. I would not say it is a very active activity, but we will pass it on to basic corporate customers who want to join them.''
Due to fluctuations in the crypto money market, many banks on Wall Street are planning to follow contracts and act accordingly. We can easily say that this step of Morgan Stanley is very important for the crypto money market. Because institutional investors will contribute significantly to the development of this sector. If such institutions approach Bitcoin with a serious interest in purchasing, the price will definitely accelerate upward. While these statements have already been announced, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong recently said that institutional investors might be ready to invest up to $ 10 billion.
