The above lines by Zig Zigglar is a great encouragement for me as I push a step further investing in Steem blockchain. Looking back to my early days on this blockchain when earning a 110 SP was a big deal, I get so encouraged that taking a step in the right direction will always draw us close to the finishing line no matter how long it takes.

Zigglar says that we all need a START to get to the greatness mark and not the other way round. Many times, we hear some persons demand so much and do set so high criteria before they can make a business investment let alone start an entrepreneurial journey.

Just two months ago when I noticed the @sportstalksocial tribe and decided to try out my investment and coin trading prowess. I decided to adopt SPORTS because it was quite very cheap for me and it had provisions for staking the token.

I remember when I use to view 2017 Steemit posts with 500+ steem rewards simply because STEEM then was far too cheap. I became so excited that I had another opportunity to experiment what steemit users of the early 2017 had . Many users who then stayed today are great influencers of Steem.

I decided to make a start. I purchased about 5,000 SPORTS which at inception costed only about 3-5 Steem. I staked the tokens and began the curation of #sportstalk posts. I got so excited each time I saw that my little stake of sports could give an upvote amount of 10+ SPORTS and I too felt like a "influential user" on the @Sportstalksocial platform.

After few days, I decided to buy more SPORTS token and boom, my stake grew to 10k, 20k, 50k... SPORTS. Today, I hold a total stake of about 400,000 SPORTS and even needed to create a #Sportstalk curation account - @uyobong.sports.

Few minutes ago, I just staked 50k SPORTS and delegated all to my #sportstalk curation account to enable me curate sports, sportstalk and SPORTS investment blogs. In my little, I am glad that I contribute to the growth of Steem. My Sportstalk investment holds about 600 worth of Steem as stake and that's huge for me.

In a few days, I wish to be celebrating my whaleship on the Sportstalksocial platform with a stake of over 500k SPORTS and for me that is a milestone achievement.

All the testimonial you read above is simply as a result of a single "START". The journey to greatness has it traces to a start and we all must reckon with that. We all have the opportunity to be great if we can brace up ourselves to START!

In the coming weeks (certainly before the launch of SMTs), I see myself becoming an influential curator on the #Marlians and #Sportstalk tags on Steem. It gives me so much joy when I am able to contribute value to people. I have been so challenged since I join steem seeing people investing so much to encourage others to engage their blogging skills.
