My Dance, My Exercise

Today is Sunday, ine of my very busy days of the week. After the morning service, i decided to attend am evening Worship service in one if my sister church.

It was really a refreshing time in God's presence amd I am glad I was able to make it there despite initial discouragement.

There was a great time of praise and dance. I haven't really danced that much of recent.

I actually enjoyed myself and hope to begin my daily dance exercise. Dancing is not just a bodily exercise, it's a form of worship.

I scored about 1000+ actifit counts as it was just recording the dance session.

Know that sometimes, you do not need to visit thw hospital, a dance may be all you need to get fit and healthy.
