MonoChrome Monday - London Business Visits

Some of you may know that the HQ of my company is in London. Some years ago I had to work from our London office every month for a week as I had to cover also our UK sales efforts due to staff shortage there. Hence I know the City quite well. Here are some of the better photos I took there. I hope my photography skills have improved a bit.

Damn! These are beautiful especially the bridge and the gentlemen are on point! Looks like something taken in 1920s. I saw pictures from an artist who adds colour to old pictures and his work makes pictures taken over 100 years ago look modern good to see the reverse!

Thanks for the feedback, the gents were taken 5 years ago only. Glad you compare this to an artist :-)

supi .....passt hervorragend zum Thema...... und auf dem Bild bist du nicht der KLEINSTE!!! klaue ich mir....

Danke - und Danke - und nochmal Danke - stimmt unser Schwede ist kleiner :-)

Makes me want to travel!!

That bridge sure has a classic look in monochrome!

Very nice pictures, I like the vintage atmosphere with the futuristic buildings. Reminds me of "Metropolis" by your "surname brother" Fritz Lang :D

Thanks for that - I have a soundtrack from the movie - Fritz is not related to my family it seems

Wonderful photos! :)

Tolle Bilder! upvoted...

great pics , especially the one it the suit :)

You think :-)? Thanks a lot! Nothing compared to the beauty you are showing us

thanks : Dheheh yes it is !! wish you a nice day !!

Beautiful! It feels like you took the pictures a century ago! Love London!

Thanks, that was the intention - glad it worked a bit at least

Da werde ich definitiv mitmachen 😊 coole sache
