Hi Steemian. Today I did a little low-poly model that I've been wanting to share with you.

I got the idea from the Buckminsterfullerene shape that I discovered the proper name for yesterday. apparently, this is identical to a football but represents a chemical compound called c-60 (60 for the number of carbon atoms).
It is named after Buckminster Fuller, the known architect who designed the geodesic dome.
Some scientist in 1985 figured that if you shoot a powefull laser beam into a sheet of graphene you'll have some breakaway pieces curve up into those tiny balls. I've got all this information from listening to one of Cliff High's videos, where he talks about the seemingly miracoulous health benefit of c-60 solution in oils.

It got me thinking of a mysterious lab/research facility somewhere in the mountains with a dome shaped like a football.

It says that this rare compound is maybe a possible breakthrough in the anti-aging industry, or biomedicine at large.
The rumor is that lab-rat's lifespan tripled(!) with a c-60 diet. I say because it was on the video but I cannot confirm it myself. that gives the stuff a mysterious allure. It is said the east Asians already use it in large quantities and the west is yet to pick up on the trend. I am lost as for the scientific explanation for this stuff's affinity, but I get that it works somewhat similarly to the carbon water filters we use in our homes.
