Running a business is not a skill but it through learning, you most invest greatly in learning before starting a business, before starting a business you most identify a need and also a solution, your vision and the right location and some other platform that you can sell out your business you are about to start.
WAY OF LEARNING ON HOW TO RUN BUSINESS ARE:
1- apprenticeship; this is one way of learning but a lot of people don't like to go through this way
2- getting the actual education; this is the best way of learning about running business because even in apprenticeship, there are things that are not expressly tough, you only see them in skill, you see them in action but the structure this boss is using to run this business is what you do not known, his strategy you do not no, his daily obligation you do not no, his daily objective and goal you do not no but you have seen how he or she has structure is business so apprenticeship is a wonderful way of learning to do business but learning to running your business you most invest in learning to run a business successfully.
REASON PEOPLE GO INTO BUSINESS:
1- May be the have some form of inheritance but the question now is if i have some huge some of money and i am what i have done with the money too scared to miss used it without been able to a call for it then it is wrong to even invest that money?
No, the point here is the first thing to do before spending the huge some of money is getting the proper education on how to run a business, investing in educating your self is like wanting to be a doctor, you just don't wake up because you love been a doctor and you wake up and say to yourself that your a doctor but you need to learn to become a doctor through then process of studying in this field. a doctor is not a business man even if he open up a medical business but has to learn on how to run the business of medicine, this is why most businesses are shooting down.
There are also some need that are also like a disadvantage because we have been told over time that some people are just talented to run a business, we also been told that business is a skill which you can learn but the fact is business is not a skill but i totally disagree with it because your skill can just take you a little bit far but if you don't no you don't no, if you don't no how a BMS (business module canvas) affect your business structure you can only go this far. this thing you learn through education nobody put it out in the field like the daily running of steemit which has been broken down to the letter of daily, hourly, activities and objective, no way steemit can stand if the management team have not gone down over and over to get their education on how to run this platform and am also sure that once a while the go to upgrading on what the no because the business module that was effective 10 years ago can not even stand currently in the market.
SOLUTION IN RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS:
1-Always establish that there is a big different between having a big vision and opening big because people always mistake this businesses do not have to start big, you can start very small and have a big vision.
2-Secondly, when it comes to having a business plan, people think the more bucust and the more detail, the more intricate the information are, it means that the business plan is good. please if your business plan is in three pages, if it is in a page and your able to articulate the detail, then you have an accurate business plan that can work.
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN STARTING A BUSINESS:
1- Top on your list should be getting an education on how to run businesses
2- Look for people who can help you structure your businesses
3- Start a business that your passion about after getting the idea
4- Find out if your both physically and mentally fit to withstand challenges
This is where a lot of people get it wrong especially woman, they get too emotional while doing business like he is my costumer, i no him, the ego come in like do you no who i am? and the next thing is i will rather shoot down and rather do business with this person.
every time you open your business(your shop), the person that walks in to buy from you is your 1 to 5 minute boss, as long as many minute he or she is there because the person pays your salary or contribute to paying your salary, so the way you treat that person, so the way you treat your boss, you should treat the person the same, same thing when it come to challenges be it governmental, economical or the environmental challenges, you have to be mentally and physically ready, you most have the stamina to withstand it.
ATTITUDE TOWARD YOUR BUSINESS:
Make sure you work on your attitude, don't have this i don't care kind of attitude because this is going to run down your business,when your in business your friend to everybody and also try to see were you fail and work toward that, learn to go back to the drawing board and make correction at those places you fail.
