Why travelling solo is not a bad idea? I loved it and you will love it too!

I was also reluctant like most people on my first trip alone, because of the various thoughts I had in my mind. What if it does not go as planned, what if I get lost, what if everyone is right and I should not go solo? But, trust me, sometimes you need to put your mind to rest and pack your bags and leave. It is better to put all whats and ifs aside and take a leap of faith. While, any trip brings changes in your mind and brings improvement; there is something special about solo trips. The best part which I felt was not waiting for someone else to accompany and give green signal to your plan. All that you need to do is pack and leave when you want and where ever you want. But, there is more to solo travelling than just convenience which makes it a must try experience once in your life.

Why solo travelling is something you should try?

You will surely become a problem solver and independent

When you travel alone you need to solve all issues by yourself. Whether you miss your bus, or get lost you need to figure the solution yourself, and so travelling alone will surely help you become independent. It gave me a sense of freedom that I never experienced in my day to day life.

You do what you like

The best thing about travelling alone is that you do not need to do what others like. You don't like to wake up in the morning, no need, you don't like to visit a particular place, skip it. You can do what makes you happy without worrying about others

Meeting new people

This is another great thing which happens when you start travelling alone. You meet new people from other places and it is interesting to know different people from other places and learn about their culture.

Become a braver person

You will surely become braver when you travel alone. As you travel alone you get to experience a totally new side of the place which you cannot experience if you travel with someone else. But, yes you need to be cautious to make sure that you do not fall into any sort of danger.

Learn about yourself

So, this totally depends on how you think. You can think that this will turn out to be lonely or this is the way to know more about yourself. You get to spend time with yourself and get a great perspective about life.
