Soup with beef and lentils
Products:
500 grams of veal
1 celery head
2 carrots
1 big onion
7 cloves of garlic
water or beef broth
400 g of passionated tomatoes
1 cup of lens
teaspoon oregano
a teaspoon of rosemary
salt, pepper
oil
Preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry it until golden in a little bit of fat. Add the chopped onions, carrots, garlic and celery to it. When the vegetables replenish, add water or pre-cooked beef broth as well as lentils, oregano and rosemary.
Finally pasted tomatoes, salt and pepper.
