Salsa Bruxette
Products:
2 tomatoes cut into cubes
1 teaspoon of fresh basil
4 tablespoons of grated parmesan
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed
6 slices of baguette
salt to taste
pepper to taste
vinegar to taste
Preparation:
In a medium bowl mix tomatoes, basil, parmesan, olive oil, garlic and spices. Cover under cover and store in the refrigerator to stand at night or for about 8 hours.
Cook the oven brushes or grill. Blend them with some olive oil. Sprinkle generously from the sausages on them and serve while they are warm.
