Mincemeat with vegetables in puff pastry
Products:
1 kg of minced meat
2 carrots, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 pack of puff pastry
3-4 spoons of oil / olive oil
1 egg
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Mix the minced meat with the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Vegetables cut in finely. Add them to mince and mix again to mix well. Burn the fat in a pan at medium temperature. Fry the mince by shaking it constantly to avoid burning.
After choking it, spread it on the previously unfolded dough puff. Wrap the dough so that a roll is produced.
Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for about 40-50 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil to avoid burning.
Serve by cutting the roll into pieces.
