Products:

3 chicken breasts
For marinade:
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
a few sprigs cut into finely chopped parsley
2 crushed garlic cloves
powdered a pinch - optional
1/2 small head of red onion grated fine
olive oil to obtain a smooth mixture
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

On a plate combine the marinade spices and mix well. If the chicken breasts are thicker, you can cut them half the length. Then put the meat in the marinade to taste well on all sides. Heat the teflon or grill pan. Bake the meat and serve with a garnish of your choice.
