Hello,
My fellow steemians and healthy steemians in particular. I'm grateful for the privilege to participate in this contest. I hope I'll satisfy my esteemed readers with my best ability. And also stand a chance of winning a valuable position in the contest.

Introduction

Goals are the desired results or achievements that an individual or group of persons aim to accomplish. This is a provision for determination, focus and motivation for taking actions and making progress towards a particular objective. Goals can either be short-term or long-term and can vary depending on the context in their level of difficulty in achieving them.

       It's not just about setting up goals , it's setting a clear and achievable goal that's the most important thing You shouldn't set goals that you know 100% that you will never achieve them. You plan before you set a goal and plan to achieve it. Otherwise, you'll fail.

What Were Your Healthy Goals For 2023?

Improving My Physical And Mental Health

In 2023, I engaged myself in regular physical activities.Some of which are ; running, pushups,yoga,etc. In nutrition, I made sure that all my meals met the standard of a blanced diet.Then reduced the intake of toxic substances like sugar , cholesterol, etc.
In maintaining my mental health, I practice some few healthy habits like managing my stress, engaging in social activities, practicing mindfulness and listening to people who can help me solve some of my problems.
I also created a sleep schedule. I mean consistent sleep schedule. I was committed to giving myself atleast 7 hours of sleep every night to refresh my memory.

Career Advancement/Skill Development

I set goals that exposed me to the kind of operations that are being carried out in my area of occupation.
I go out with my school study team to Electrical operation sites. Visit Electronics repairs/ installation companies to learn and advance my skill in practicing it.

Can You Say That You Fulfilled Them?

Yes, I can say that I've tried my best. 80% is an alpha. Not bad at all. When I set those goals, it was for me to stay healthy and strong throughout the year. And definitely, it worked. I didn't even visit the hospital and didn't fall sick at home either but I only took some few medications as preventive measures. I failed to mention that earlier.☺️☺️☺️
In addition, I've witnessed a positive change in my level of skills/career advancement that I mentioned. Now, I do it happily. Not for the pay, but for the passion I have for it.

Will You Set Goals For 2024? Tell Us What They Are.

Yes, definitely. I will set goals for 2024. And hopefully, I will achieve them by God's grace.

Maintaining My Health Status:
This as always been the easiest to achieve for me. And I want to be consistent in it. Last year was good, I want this year to be better.

Establishing A Personal Study Timetable Qnd Sticking To It:
I've not able to consistently time myself for study. I'm always neglecting and acting lackadaisical about it. In 2024, I want to improve my performance in school. I'm not saying it,but I can do better than what it is at the moment.

Financial Growth:
Yes🤣🤣🤣I need ego(money in Igbo language)
I want to manage my money. 2023, I spent alot on unessesary things. This year, it's not going to be so. Also, I'll invest in platforms which I know it's 100% legit. I don't want to loose my money and time to selfish scammers.

Conclusion

It is very important to set up goals and working towards achieving them. set achievable goals, plan well before you embark on the journey and you'll be able to finish it well. The most beautiful thing about it is achieving them.
