This picture I have taken in the back of our house,after we had some rain.It is called Achatina fulica or giant East African snail.It's a serious pest in many tropical countries where it has been introduced and listed as invasive species by some governments.
Some species are kept in a terrarium due to their size and colorfull shells.What happened after I made the picture?It got a new environment to live across the road on the other side.Much more space to explore for the snail......

well that snail was more lucky than the snake we got rid off today,lucky i saw it,in the corner of the carpark,close to the entry...a cousin of my wife sent the snake to snake heaven...it was was a poison one...

Urs, I was refering to your snake buddy holding up in the wrong pub and having an accident... Is the grass coming along well? Or flooded with rain again? I like that stainless steel gate of yours, did you finish to spark it?
alright,i didnt watch the full trailer and cant remember the movie...too long ago when i watched it...
yes Jegor,the lawn is coming along nicely.didnt cut it yet,its seeding out now,which is good.we got some short heavy rain in between,but i need to irrigate it now.
i hooked the gate up proper now and the 2 lights on top of the pole as well.will do my last post on the gate soon...nice to hear that you like the gate...there was never an other thought of a gate than stainless steel....
