About care and Charisma
ON BEING A PEOPLE'S PERSON
The word "CHARISMA", i'm sure most of us have heard but we always limit it to probably "confidence" or "eloquence". This limitation has made us ignore the real definition or essence of that word.
Charisma is simply a magnetic force that draws people in; that is your personal charm which gives you the ability to influence others without LOGIC.
What we call "eye service" or "seeking attention/validation" are resultant effects of lack of CHARISMA.
When you care about others and take necessary steps to meet their needs as much as you can, then you are a CHARISMATIC person.
