This cool little app allows users to simply add articles that they're interested in to the Steem Blockchain, which are then displayed in a Reddit-like format with the more popular articles rising to the top.
The list of communities/topics down the right hand side makes it very easy to see all the articles on a particular topic/tag.
I haven't been able to see if Parley has a development team that upvotes articles for use of the application, but it's definitely a new and interesting way to view the content available.
It doesn't currently use SteemConnect so I'm not super sure how safe it is.
I added two images of what the same Parley post looks like on Steemit, to give you an idea of what to expect if you use it.

do not use unless it has a steemconnect. just trust me on that.
Oh, I 100% agree.
The confusing thing is that @taskmaster4450 seems really impressed and keen on it, and he's usually super astute when it comes to this kind of stuff, so I'm not really sure what to think.
Generally though, I don't use anything that doesn't use SteemConnect.
what's confusing about it? steemconnect or i don't login! :)
