Contest @boboyankytask: favorite decade

Hello fellow steemians

As everyone can see I’m a new member but I got interested in this contest for I’d really live to share what exactly interests me in the previous decades.

I’ve always been an overly anti social person so the internet and movies had been my companion.

During the last decades I’ve seen and watched lots of movies, Nollywood, Bollywood and many others but only some significant ones managed to struck my interest.

For example Legend of the seeker. For everyone liking a particular movie or a telegram series might be because of the casts but mine wasn’t. Especially for this particular television series also know as ( Wizard First Rule) with 44 episodes, November 1, 2008 - May 22, 2010. Starring: Craig Horner; Bridget Regan; Bruce spence; Tabrett Bethell.

I was intrigued about the plot, which was based on that of the first sword of truth novel. Wizard’s first rule.

The television series tells the story of how Richard, Kahlan (Mother confessor) and a great sorcerer Zeddicus discovered that their expedition during the first caused them to unknowingly helped the keeper of the underworld creates tears in the veil which separates the land of the dead from the land of the living.

The central conflict remains the same but the television series tells an entirely different story. The character that interested me the most was Kahlan, who was a skilled dagger fighter. She was the female lead of the tv series, Her survival prowess ignited my interest and also her role as the Mother confessor.

If I can go back in time I’d watch this television series over and over again. @belenguerra @writingreviews @fendit
