Robozuna - a Netflix Original for kids and even adults like it!

It was almost a coincidence that I bumped into Robozuna a few weeks ago. My kids wanted to watch it, and I sat down to watch it together with them. And to be honest, it looks great!

The first season of Robozuna consists of 10 episodes, each lasting 22 minutes. In the season we meet Ariston and his robot Mangle. The universe is ruled by the Corvus empire, which has an evil emperor oppressing and making life hard for everyone else. Ariston and his family are not in the best relationship with the Corvus empire, and this will, of course, lead to trouble.

Robozuna is the name of a game played by robots, with a kind of resemblance to the modern Basketball game. Mangle (Ariston's robot) is taking part on a team, and their success doesn't exactly cause joy in the heart of the emperor. But, can the game take part in bringing the Empire down?

Just like with The Incredibles

Have you seen The Incredibles? I saw the first movie in the cinema and loved it, even though it is a movie for kids. And as I watched The Incredibles 2 in the cinema earlier this year, I loved it as well. Even though it is for children, the story is action-filled, and it is entertaining. In other words, I really like The Incredibles. And as I have been watching some episodes of Robozuna, I feel the same way. I am curious to see how the story moves on, how the good guys will stand up against the forces of the Empire... and the fact that the story really makes me think of Robozuna as a Star Wars for kids, just helps it get even more interesting. In other words, this is an easy way to take your children with you into the Star Wars empire, without actually showing them the movies.

Not for the youngest kids

Robozuna is an action-filled series, and there are fights, battles, and even people in it. As a result, Robozuna might not be the ideal series for the youngest kids, but from age 7 and up, Robozuna is ideal and fun to watch, especially for boys! Want to see some clips from Robozuna? Since Robozuna is a Netflix original, you can stream Robozuna in every single Netflix region, meaning you do not need to change your Netflix region at all to watch it.
