Odd Partime Job #1
Odd part-time job. I know a lot of you will be disgusted by it.
Not for everybody, and not everyone will do it. Me, I don't mind. I do this two days a week, Mondays and Thursdays. I know a lot of you will be disgusted by it. I also know that many of you would not mind.
It is not as bad as it looks, and it pays well.

I do love that I spend most of my day at a huge nursery.
My mighty little giant.
About 70% of the time is spent driving it.
No, I do not plant or care for plants.
I'm in Texas, and the sun is relentless here. I would not like to spend more than half an hour out in the sun unless I had to.

Yes, I get paid $25.00 an hour.
Can you guess what I do? If you guessed, would you do it?
Well, I clean portable toilets. Do I enjoy it? No. Do I hate it? No. To me, it is just another job.
If you have never seen this, let me share the process step by step.
First, I remove the old rolls of paper, add new rolls, and put on my rubber gloves.
I then turn on the suction pump and suck out all of the waste from the unit.
-It is important to do maintenance at least once a week, this way, it does not stink, and it does not attract flys-
No, it does not stink. That is why we add chemicals to them and do maintenance at least once a week.
Once the waste is removed from the unit, I add the chemical and clean water. The chemical helps prevent foul odors from building up, from turning brown, and keeps flys away. In other words, it keeps it clean.
Finally, it is time to clean it with water and a cleaning agent. Scrub it if necessary.
Now I just got to repeat the same process with 26 units before leaving the nursery site.
What do you think? Would you do it?
