The smell of breakfast.

My gf and I got one about 4 months ago.

The cage needs to be cleaned every 3 days and his wheel needs to be cleaned every day. He runs on it most of the nigh(really need to buy a silent one but dont want to drop 60$ on it) and just craps and pees as he runs so it gets mushed into a dried layer of feces cover most of it.

We bathe him once a week because you can't really do it more often than that or his skin gets dried out and I've heared that is very painfull for them.

He's also very shy, won't uncurl on his back, but will open when we hold him or set him down. We think he's almost a year at this point, though the ad said he was only 6 weeks when we got him he is pretty large and has not quilled.
