NATURAL TOOTH CARE
Here is my natural tooth care kit. I’m not an expert but still filling free after 35 years. I have put together a few of my key tools from left to right.
Coconut oil for oil pulling. I do not do this enough but basically you take a teaspoon of coconut oil and swilling it in your mouth sucking through your teeth for 20 mins till the oil turns bitter tasting and spit out.
Remineralising tooth powder. I have gone through a few different toothpastes in my time trying to find natural ones that work. I basically came to the conclusion that activated charcoal is amazing as a cleaner and whitener but the tooth also needs building and re mineralising so I now use a combination.
Aloe Vera natural mouthwash but sometimes I just chew a piece of natural Aloe Vera it is bitter as hell though !!!
Activated charcoal and bentonite clay mix. I just make this myself and get the best quality of each on amazon. You can buy in bulk and it’s so much cheaper than the so called activated charcoal toothpastes I’ve seen at £14.99 for a tiny tub!
Not listed I also really recommend a water flosser
Of course it’s almost impossible to find time to do this every day but incorporating these things alternatively over the week can make a big difference :)
Very cool. I was just going through my tooth care this morning actually and thinking about sharing my oils and rinse I made to heal from some kind of stubborn tooth infection very quickly.
I'm a fan of oil pulling, as well. Coconut is one of my faves due to the flavor and the antibacterial properties.
This mouthwash I had is basically differnt oils I’ll read and write what’s in them what do you use? So great to share our tips haha
Nice!
I made a saline with pH10 water, sea salt, and mostly melaleuca oil. It is excellent for swishing and since it had enough melaleuca in it, you can just spit and brush with it too.
I love how the tips get shared around here too, @ultravioletmag. I have been off for a little while on some private business matters, but am looking forward to making some posts with some of my personal recipes.
yes for sure we get busy in the real world then come back in hahah, give me a heads up when you post them !
I will!
coconut oil works best for me for oil pulling. However some people claim that it doesn't work and use chlorophyll powder instead. :))
Oh wow never heard this to do oil pulling ? Assume you mix with water I have chlorophyl powder in the cupboard I might try it can’t hurt
yeah you should try. I researched about it a long ago, can't recall much but sure about many articles mentioned that chlorophyll is good for gums. I never tried chlorophyll as a mouth wash though. A glass full of wheatgrass juice for a drink :))
Yeah it’s lne of those things I try to have and don’t much along with spirulina and morninga just so hard to take hash
wohhh!! in good time, just what you need friend, thank you for sharing those details that make a difference in the smile of anyone! excellent advice I'm sure that more than one will serve us
