Cliveden House

Another beautiful national trust property, with over 350 years of history which, includes powerful personalities, iconic parties and scandalous affairs. cliveden was built in 1666 by the 2nd Duke of Buckingham, as a gift to his mistress. Today it is a working 5 star hotel and you can visit the grounds as a National trust member.

You can tour the hotel but only two days a week at a set time and unfortunately I missed it. I would love to go back
