Stay away from crowds

Crowds are too busy on their phones, scrolling down endlessly. It is fair to do it after a long day of work, and with all that stress, getting dopamine hits seems like a good idea. What better way to release that stress than scrolling down? Who can blame them?

Crowds enjoy their sugary food, they enjoy their processed food; they need this to stay alive. They will eat until their belly is 100% + 20% full. YOLO, they said. I heard this once, "the whole point of life is to eat." It seems that with that statement, he solved one of the biggest questions in this world, something that philosophers have been struggling with for millennia: What is the whole point of this life? What is the meaning of life?

Crowds don't have time for reading; they get their information from their phones and the news. Of course, how else are you supposed to get informed? This seems to be the right way to be an informed citizen. Is it?

Crowds don't exercise; they exercise whenever they feel like it. Lucky them. But as for me, I almost never feel like it.

Crowds will drag you down.

Be selective with your friends and the people you hang around most of the time. You will start speaking like them, behaving like them, and thinking like them. The circle within the "crowd" is very small, and it may take time to find it. Once you find it, give them the time and the attention they deserve."
