Health Journey September 2021
Here is the report for September.
VITAMINS:
Same vitamins list as last month.
EATING:
Almost the same eating (vegan dishes from Monday to Friday) fish + salads + carbohydrates on Sunday and Saturday.
NEW STOPS:
-Almost stop doing exercises. (1 a day 15 -20 minutes high intense).
-Almost stop yoga (1 a day 10 -20 minutes).
-Stop doing Wim Hoff (almost totally or doing breath exercises).
-Stop taking a shower before bed.
-Stop green juicing.
NEW STARTS:
-Wear blue protector glasses every single day (when I’m in front of the PC)
-Cleaning my bedroom space work with disinfectant every 2 days.
-Stop eating after 4–5 at all.
-Eating junk (cookies, chocolates, bread, and similar) daily.
-Chewing gum after 4.
Results:
I’m sleeping way much better, I’m sleeping like a baby every day just like when I was a kid with no worries in life. I’m sleeping too much up to 9 hrs.
My mood has changed feeling kind of relaxed and bored not so enthusiastic about regular things (not so sure if this is good or bad frankly speaking).
Numbness and tingling on my legs (mainly on my left leg) as well as on my left arm and fingers seem to have decreased considerably after pausing from doing exercises for the first two weeks but after that, it came back again and it is as annoying as it was before so I keep moving my leg while I’m sitting down in front of my PC. This month was better than last month.
My eyes I got rid finally of some problems (itchy eyes), they were getting worst and I stop that. (Self-congratulations there :D )
