The study of the verses of the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and atsar-atsar of the Salaf scholars on this important issue, indicates that if a woman is about to leave her house, she is obliged to cover her entire body. Let him not reveal any of his jewels; except the face and two palms, if he wishes. She is only allowed to get out of her house wearing various types of clothing that has fulfilled the following requirements:

1⃣ Covering Entire Entity Excluding Excluded Sections
2⃣ Not Jeweled
3⃣ The veil should be thick and not transparent
4⃣ The veil should be loose, not tight
5⃣ Not Perfume or Perfume
6⃣ Not Resembling Men's Clothing
7⃣ Not Resembling the Apparel of Pagan Women
8⃣ Not in the form of Shuhrah Clothing (Sensation)

Please note that some of these conditions are not reserved for women only. However, some of these conditions apply to men and women, as is evident.
