4 butir kapu laga
1/3 sdt jinten
Cara Membuat Mie Kepiting Khas Aceh:
Panaskan minyak goreng.
Tumislah bumbu-bumbu yang telah dihaluskan hingga beraroma lalu masukkan daging dan capit kepitingnya
Masukkan mie dan air secukupnya.
Masak hingga bumbu-bumbunya terserap merata.
Sajikan bersama dengan pelengkapnya seceperti bawang goreng, irisan daun bawang, dan acar mentimun.
