Let's take about entertainment. In the entertainment world, there are so many things one could entertain themselves with; music, drama, stories, comedy, and dance. It all depends on which you'd prefer.

Today, let's talk about comedy and drama...

It's gotta be DRAMA!

Drama is a story filled with emotions that is told with actions and displayed on a stage before the audience.

Who doesn't want to be kept on their toes when watching a dramatic movie? I've had this argument with my friend Abigail about which genre is more entertaining. She chose comedy and argued blindly without concrete reasons.

I go for drama over time because drama provides the viewer with a feeling of suspense and sadness; sometimes you want to tell them how to act. Drama movies can provoke endless emotions in the viewers. When I watched a TV drama "Iron Rose" for the first time, there were moments I found myself crying. Some parts were so emotional that I couldn't help but show it; that is drama for you.

Not only is drama entertaining, it is also character-driven. In the movie "Iron Rose," the character "Autogracia" was a very bossy and interesting character that anyone would love. In fact, you might start acting like her after watching.

Many dramas allow you to guess where the film is headed, whereas others need to say it instead of showing it. Most times you are left in suspense, and you keep wondering what would happen next. This feeling can only be gotten from drama.

Unlike the comedy, which uses offensive and harsh languages to entertain us. Most times, comedy movies don't have a meaning and have no lesson to teach. I've never watched a good and educational comedy movie that gave me the best satisfaction I needed; they were all glorifying sex, drugs, or abuse. What do you think happens to the young ones when they watch such comedy movies?

A lot of people would say that comedy movies give them the opportunity to laugh. Well, that is true, but not necessarily true. I think after a stressful day, all you need is relaxation. You need to do this by watching a drama series.

Watching a drama that is more intense and entertaining keeps you entertained and engaged. You feel so glued that you want to see what happens at the end.

I watch a drama series every day captioned "The People's Doctor." This drama is an amazing one that allows you to learn every day. When it comes to drama, you can choose to relax with it while you learn. At this point, you eventually forget all your worries, so, ya, I choose drama over comedy.
