Staying Happy on Earth

Life is short and it is you who decide what has the ability to ruin your mode. I was writing a chapter in a book called"7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers" by Sean Covey (though I am not a teen anymore), I found pretty useful lines. The writer was trying to say that it is you who you make others in charge of your happiness which is a wrong move. As per the writer, one should not allow anyone to kill their happiness. We take instructions from others in a way like a TV works on the touch of the remote control buttons. If you allow people that they can hit the dance button, angry button, sad button they would love to play with your feelings. So reading this book's chapter was a great experience of seeing the things in Sean Covey way and also knowing how we can control it.
Another thing to consider here is that we should love people not things. If we connect our feeling with things and start ignoring people then, as a result, we are decreasing our link with human beings. Humans are a social animal, they live in colonies and need other human beings to share, talk and discuss things. That's how they live happily and take care of each other in bad times.

The Formula of Happiness: As per my learning, the formula is pretty simple and I have learned the following points;
Expect less, the more you expect the more it hurts.
Give more, happiness is in giving not taking.
Help others, without keeping in mind that they are going to help you in return.
I hope my learnings can help contribute some happiness and positivity in your life. And you enjoy learning and being happy in every situation though this art is going to take time everything is possible. As well said by Abraham Lincoln, “Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be.”
