Love the bear! My son's had a great big white bear that managed to survive and be passed down to the first few grandchildren...what would we do without those big fluffy cuddles?

Takes me way back in time to the bear I created for my daughter using the poke needle rug technique and all the scrap wool I had and could scrounge. Created a HUGE and colourful teddy bear which took one and a half bales of straw to stuff and had to be transported to school in a pram. I was inspired by the belief that had I a teddy bear to cuddle as a child I may not have fallen in love with her father and hoped that with a bear of her own she would not be seduced by the promise of cuddles. Now cuddles are fine but not when from an alcoholic - but that is another story! And not UGLY at all.
