God's People
As the evil man plans, God speaks with His people;
He exposes the hidden things
His secret is with His people.
So, if God is for us, who can be against us?
God has sat in heaven
And used the earth as a footstool,
He has watched day and night as the evil man reproaches.
He has watched on His own and heard them cry out to Him
God has left the heavens and come to His own people
To dwell amongst His people.
He has fought the battle of gloriousness:
He has cleared the waterways
The airways are free
The land is sanctified
For the Lord dwells amongst His own people.
Glory on high be unto the Lord God of host,
He has contended with them that defile His people.
The Lord God Almighty has set on high His Star
To shine for an everlasting light.
The Star shall shine to the ends of the world
From the beginning of the world has the Light shone.
Glory on high be unto the Lord God of all goodnesses,
From Him came the Star, the source of light.
Indeed the Star is life
And gives life to all who receive and dwell under the brightness.
