This is Rhapis excelsa, which is also known as broadleaf lady palm or bamboo palm, it’s a species of fan palm in the genus Rhapis, that’s probably native to southern China & Taiwan.
It’s not well known in the wild, basically all known plants come from the cultivated groups in China.
