Some days could be all beds of roses while some could be the embodiment of bitterness and pains. I guess today has been a combination of both.
It all happened so quickly and unexpectedly. I woke up to a call from a friend who was already sounding moody and asking that I immediately check up on the internet, there was not-so-friendly news.
Imagine this energy is gone ! 😓
One of my favourite South African young artists by the name Coasta titch kicked the bucket right on stage while he was performing. It was quite difficult to process on the spot. This happened last week, unfortunately, I never heard that, maybe because I didn’t check the news as usual.
Although a lot has not been revealed about the incident surrounding his death, it is believed to have been accompanied by some underlying undisclosed medical condition.

A few days passed by and it was the date for his memorial service, unfortunately, I missed joining that too, but I later watched it on YouTube in the Morning today.
My breakfast
Today’s morning was a sad one. I woke up feeling already down, worked on my system, took a cup of tea, and got ready for other activities.
I can't even believe a young vibrant talented artist is no longer in existence…., he was a good entertainer by the way.
At this moment, I can only say that this is tragic and very unfortunate.
Due to the bank network, I couldn't buy this gift for a friend's child😓
Still, amidst the grief, the nationwide tragedy in the country decided to deal with me. So, I walked into this store to get some items and hoped they would receive transfers as there is no cash anywhere in the country, you all won’t believe I spent a good 2 hours there without being able to purchase my items because there was no network available, which was so embarrassing. I wonder how long this will continue in the country...
I still manage to smile, of course, I don't have to buy It😁
That was very frustrating because I was terribly in need of those items and leaving them behind was much worse. But I still manage to smile…
People fighting over relationship Issues
I got to the house so devastated and frustrated, you won't believe the next scene I saw, some group of young men involved in a bloody fight right in front of my residence…It was a relationship issue…. "Not this again," I said to myself, I just wasn't emotionally, physically and mentally stable enough to intervene in whatever way possible, so I quietly moved to a friend's place so at least I could rest in the afternoon and have some peace. It’s been a long time since I observe my siesta, I am glad I had that today.

Well with time I needed to come off the whole moody look, in a bid to have a good time, I needed to step out and so I did. A good friend of mine took me to a restaurant.
We strolled, relaxed, had healthy conversations, ate, laughed, and cracked jokes it was an embodiment of a fun and fulfilling day. Unfortunately, he doesn’t like pictures and doesn’t like any of his pictures to appear online, so I asked him to be my cameraman…
One of the things that added to a beautiful day despite the whole day's sad situation was seeing some school kids having a parade in the street. I had to take permission from the head teacher to capture this beautiful scene.
It is a great moment for them. I heard their School will be closing next week Wednesday. Usually what they do before they close in each term is that they walk around the streets to advertise their school.
Through this means, other parents will be motivated to register their kids...
I don't have a kid, but I love kids and I love seeing them happy, this was also my happy moment today..!
It is night now and there is another fight in the street, trust me I don’t want to know the cause of this one…, I am moving straight to my house to rest for the day.

As at the time I was writing this text, I heard the police siren and It seems like the whole situation is calm now.
Right now I am trying to pay for Grammarly's monthly subscription, but It looks like the price is not friendly.
I need to save more money for the annual version which costs about $144...that's much on my side at the moment. I really need to pay for It soon but only when I have such an amount.
Looking back, it's been a mixture of sour, bitter, sweet and crunchy.
Rough one I'd say, but there were some good lessons to learn specifically self-control, patience, perseverance, the need for a calm heart, and the value of a good companion.
Today is already gone and a new one is on the way, I only hope for positive vibes and glad tidings.

Isn't any police involved to solve the fighting problem or some family elders to handle it @ubongudofot?
The police later came to solve that, sadly in Nigeria sometimes folks don't even listen to the police, especially when they are heated like this.
In short your day was a very dramatic and not a good one. Right from waking up with the issue of Coasta and there comes a bad morning to the time with which there was a bloody fight infront of your house. Do you normally see these things? For me it has really been a while.
Anyway I hope all those that were involved are safe now ?
