WHY IS SHE CRYING

I met a little girl of 9 years old crying, I asked her why are you crying?
Knowing why she was crying was really touching, the little girl was crying because of hunger.
I turn to her mother and ask her why she is not giving her food to eat she said she gave her but she refused to eat, I turn to the little girl again and ask, why did you refused to eat meanwhile you are crying because of hunger, oh my God the reply she gave me makes me feel like crying too, she said that she is tired of eating just one type of food everyday🥺.
I then asked her, how long have you been eating one kind of food she saidover a week,this was really a pity to her.

I turn to her mother again and asked her why she is giving her just one particular food continuously, she couldn't talk for some minutes and was like crying too, I told her to feel free and open up to me but she was still finding it difficult to open up, since i was really worried about their situation I was still encouraging her to open up to me by asking her some additional questions like if she has gotten any doctor's report that tells her not to give her some kind of food but she said no that there's no such.

Finally she start telling me their sad story,she started by saying that it is not her intention to be given her own daughter one particular food continuously that she has tried her effort to give her a better life but yet things getting hard day by day as a result of that she was really finding it very difficult to take good care of her family as a single mother.

I don't want to mention what I did for the family but my happiness is that at least the little girl was finally able to eat what she was hungry for in a long time.

CONCLUSION

The story about that poor family is nothing but reality.
This is what millions of families are undergoing in my dear country,life is very hard most especially for the poor ones, I came to realize that so many people that are dieing everyday including children, pregnancy women and breastfeeding women is the results of hardship and food insecurity.
Some people will only have something to eat in the morning but no food in the afternoon no food in the evening also, some will stay from morning till night before they have something to eat, some may not even have hope of eating anything the whole day😭.
To be sincere thing are going so unbearable in the country but there's hope for a better days to come
